2011 Nissan Juke SUV RWD Safety Features

Here are the safety features that come as standard on the 2011 Nissan Juke SUV RWD

Electronic Stability Control (ESC)

ESC is an advanced safety feature in vehicles designed to help drivers maintain control during challenging driving conditions. By continuously monitoring various factors such as steering angle, vehicle speed, and individual wheel speeds, ESC can detect and reduce the risk of skidding or loss of control. It achieves this by automatically applying brakes to specific wheels to stabilize the vehicle.

Standard
Forward Collision Warning (FCW)

Forward Collision Warning (FCW) is a safety feature in vehicles that helps prevent frontal collisions by alerting the driver of an imminent collision with a vehicle or obstacle ahead. Using sensors such as radar or cameras, FCW monitors the distance and speed of vehicles in front, and if it detects a potential collision, it provides visual and/or auditory warnings to prompt the driver to take evasive action.

No
Lane Departure Warning (LDW)

Lane Departure Warning (LDW) is a safety feature in vehicles that alerts drivers when their vehicle unintentionally drifts out of its lane without signaling. Complaint:
"the timing chain rattled, wearing a hole in the timing cover causing oil leak. after driving my car and parking it, all of the oil leaked out on to the ground. when trying to drive the car, even before the oil leak, the car would completely shut off whenever i would slow down, including in the middle of intersections. after taking it to a mechanic, they told me that the timing chain had worn a hole in the timing cover, and a nissan dealership service shop told me that i would need to get the engine replaced. even before all of the oil leaked out, i was put in great danger not knowing when my car would shut off when driving it and slowing down. at one point, the service engine soon light came on, but it went away and the car drove like normal for a period before the oil leaked out. i was never informed about any recalls or service notices when i bought the car or when getting it routinely serviced."
