"on 2 separate occasions (3-25-23, 3-26-23) the transmission was frozen in drive, could not bring it up to neutral ,reverse,or park. the first incident took about 10 minutes to put the truck in another gear. the second incident took about 20 minutes to engage in neutral and then another 20 minutes to engage the reverse mode. i called roadside assistance for help. but was in northern michigan and did not have adequate cellular service to complete the request. both times the vehicles was driven in heavy snow and slush. the second time the problem lasted almost an hour and was stuck in the woods."
