Complaint:
"driving the vehicle for the first time, i noticed immediately the inside middle rear view mirror is totally unusable in a large van such as this, with very limited view of what or who is behind the van. it seems an easy fix since the vehicle is already equipped with a rear camera and monitor to help driver when backing up and putting gear in reverse. all mfr need to do is keep it on for driver to know who or what is behind him at all times while driving in place of the mirror. when referred to nissan office, was told to refer it to dealership, who claim several complaints about it and was told can buy a separate camera and monitor for this. i think this is a safety issue, having learned to drive using the importance of knowing who or what is behind you while driving. no action from nissan and from dealership for now."
